As at 30 June 2026, the members of management held a total of 18,260 no-par value shares in the Company. As at the same date, the members of the Supervisory Board held a total of 9,492,009 no-par value shares. As at 30 June 2026, members of management and the Supervisory Board held a total of 9,510,269 no-par value shares, which corresponds to more than 1% of the shares issued by Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA.
