This item includes the investment in Orthomed Medizinisches Leistungs- und Rehabilitationszentrum GmbH (33.33%), which is classified as an associate, and the investment in BVB Gesundheitswelt GmbH (49.00%), which is classified as a joint venture, with their HGB financial statements as at 31 December 2025:

Borussia Dortmund’s share of the total comprehensive income of Orthomed Medizinisches Leistungs- und Rehabilitationszentrum GmbH for financial year 2025 amounted to EUR 28 thousand (previous year: EUR 28 thousand). The carrying amount of the investment amounted to EUR 401 thousand as at 30 June 2026 (30 June 2025: EUR 443 thousand). Borussia Dortmund received a dividend of EUR 70 thousand at the end of June 2026.

Borussia Dortmund’s share of the total comprehensive income of BVB Gesundheitswelt GmbH for financial year 2025 amounted to EUR -90 thousand (previous year: EUR 0 thousand). The carrying amount of the investment amounted to EUR 351 thousand as at 30 June 2026 (30 June 2025: EUR 441 thousand).
