As at the same date, the members of the Supervisory Board held a total of 9,092,009 no-par value shares. As at 30 June 2024, members of management and the Supervisory Board held a total of 9,103,724 no-par value shares, which corresponds to more than 1% of the shares issued by Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA.
