Ltd. (100.00%), besttravel dortmund GmbH (100.00%), BVB Fußballakademie GmbH (100.00%) and Orthomed Medizinisches Leistungs- und Rehabilitationszentrum GmbH (Orthomed GmbH) (33.33%).
Some of these companies have concluded profit and loss transfer agreements with the parent.
